Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again in the future

Pros: Situated in a perfect BCG location just beside Landers and acrosss Mitsukoshi, this high floor condo unit makes the stay very quiet and comfortable with soft bed and pillows. The availability of drinking water dispenser saved me time and money buying drinking water from the supermarket. In addition, having a washing machine there made it very convenient for my two-weeks stay. There is a regular rubbish collection twice a day but I don't think there should be a charge for that on top of the rent.

Cons: Dripping water in the wall when the aircon is running for a longer time but this is no big deal and I will stay there again in the future.

Excellent location! Clean flat!

Pros: Excellent location! Easy communication from the host! I love that the place literally few mins walk to uptown mall. Not too far from the airport and close to other malls around BGC and Makati. You’ve got everything you need inside the flat.

Convenient location, Nice enough stay

Pros: Amazing location, amazing amenities. Everything was practically perfect, the only downside was the water for the shower didn’t get hot enough; it was warm, but not hot. Everything else was good. Would recommend.

Cons: Small snag on check-in, we didn’t get the room we had originally booked as it had a leak? The other one that we had originally booked seemed larger than the one we got given. Paid the same price too.

Pros: It was very close to malls and lose to restaurants and bars as well. If your hungry in the middle of the night, Denny’s diner is just behind the building 😊

Cons: I feel like anyone can come inside the property. Guests were not filtered well

Pros: The property is clean and well provided with all the things you need. Garbage collection is twice .

Pros: You have all you need. Landers is just beside the place . Across the street is Mitsukoshi and Uptown mall is just a few minutes walk. No need to take a cab . Location is perfect.

Convenient Stay at BGC.

Pros: Location is unbeatable. In the heart of BGC right across Mitsukoshi and 3 minutes away from Uptown Mall on foot. Good value for money Good views to the city and building s pool Garbage-collecting service available daily Proximity to Landers, 711, Uncle John s and Lawson Lot of restaurants and places to eat nearby Really great support via the Booking.com App from the unit s Hosting Team. Prompt, kind and effective.

Cons: Lighting in the unit is pretty dim. The kitchen and cupboards were not really well cleaned. Unfortunately, they smelled a bit I think the sofa in the living room needs some deep cleaning too or an upgrade There was one only one free cleaning service that we could avail for our 12-night stay and, therefore, we would have appreciated more fresh towels and sheets.
