Highly recommend

Pros: The location, comfort and the views. Is located in a very nice and fancy building in Makati, super close to a mall which is located jut around the corner with supermarkets and restaurants. Very well connected all over makati area and 20’ away from airport

Lovely place, highly recommended.

Pros: This was a lovely flat, very clean, and cosy, just like the description. The host obviously put a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome. Little things like a couple of bottles of water, and although I didn't need them, there were new toothbrush, toothpaste, and other things you'd more often find in the better hotels. Wi-Fi, and power were very reliable, and a couple of supermarkets, food outlets and a 7-Eleven at the base of the Condo. The reception and general environment of the block was clean and well maintained too. The host was also very co-operative and flexible with my check-in requirements.

Cons: The traffic could be a little noisy, but I think that's just Makati! The MRT was about 2km away.

Great modern apartment location in Makai

Pros: The property was modern, clean, close to my office in Makati and had lots of food options at the bottom of the building (Air Mall)

Cons: Nothing. Everything was as expected.

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Pros: The unit was very comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It was in a great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions promptly. I would stay here again.

Cons: The grout in the shower and bathroom floor was mouldy and needs a good scrub.

Nice place in Makati

Pros: Very nice and cozy apartment. Well equipped, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, nice balcony… also well located

Cons: There is some insects in the apartment, you should take care carefully about this

Pros: Excellent comfortable stay. It is clear that the owner of the property puts a lot of care and attention to ensure the home is comfortable and has all the amenities that a guest might need during their stay. Clean and comfortable condo in Makati neigbourhood of Manila.

Comfortable stay in this unique unit

Pros: This is a great unit in Air Residences, lots of effort has gone into making it homely and well-designed with clever appliances and products to make it more than just a bland, boring unit. Very pleased with my stay and would have stayed longer!

Cons: Not much to say! The sun rises early in the Philippines, so black out blinds would be a great addition.

Pros: We had a comfortable 2-night stay! Gloryfe was an amazing host—always quick to answer our questions during our stay. Even though she wasn’t here in person, she promptly helped us solve any issues. The room itself was neat and well-maintained. We also appreciated her kindness when we arrived earlier than check-in and mistakenly tried to enter the room (our fault!). She remained warm and accommodating, and ensured everything was ready for us right away. A truly great experience:)

A pleasant apartment for a person travelling by themselves or as a couple. Does and the job and more!

Pros: The room and the living room was immaculate. You have everything you need to make your stay comfort from towels, toilet tissue, earbuds and even a selection of teas.

Cons: The lift/elevator situation, as you had to sometimes wait for every person to get on or off and their floor. The longest wait time was close to 3/5 mins.

Pros: One of the nicest places we’ve stayed on our trip - host was very helpful. Wish we could stay longer!
