Pros: The place was very nice, the lobby was cute and cozy, the host had clear instructions on how to access the room and check in and check out went flawlessly. The host was really accommodating and was able to be readily contacted which was reassuring. Overall a lovely stay, very close to MOA and lots of places to visit nearby.

Perfect stay.

Pros: Excellent, from start to finish. Lovely location, peaceful apartment. Everything on your doorstep and only a 15-minute walk to Mall of Asia. The host is very friendly and easy to contact if you need help. Would definitely stay again.

Great room for 2.

Pros: The location is perfect, enough restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the Mall 20min walk or 5min with the car. Air-conditioning worked great, checking in was fast, and the building was neat.

Cons: Bathroom could have been cleaner; cockroach on the floor..

Pros: Its location was perfect l, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I required for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Modern appartment, near the Mall of Asia, so lots of shops and activities within walking distance.

Cons: You need a pass to use the pool, which we did not have (we also wanted to use it and found out about it right before leaving, so it was too late to contact the host about it), so that was a bit of a downside

Great place to rest before the flight.

Pros: That’s a really convenient place to stay in Manila. The apartament is quite new, well-equipped and the owner helps in every situation. The apartament is small, but clean and cosy. I would definitely recommend it.

Pros: The place is near SMX where we attended an event. We are 3. I love the smell of the room. It is also neat and tidy. We did not stay long it was just to have a good night rest. The air-con unit and hot water are functioning well. Over all we had a good stay and thanks to the owner or the one managing it. They are very responsive to my queries.

Cons: The comfort room is a bit small for me but not much of a problem since it is clean and has a good water heater system.
