Pros: Penthouse bedroom is okay, mabait ung may.ari. i like it that the pool is free unlike any other staycation I've booked. We had a great stay. Especially my nieces. Yung kalan pati ndi electric so mas mabilis magluto. May mini playground din pala for the kids.

Cons: Medyo gloomy lng ung room sa 23rd floor. 😊 Tapos ung building, aircon on the hallway is not working. Pakipalitan na po ung mga coffee cups na may basag po. Ndi namin ginamit.

If you are looking for value for money, then this unit is the best

Pros: The unit is in the Penthouse (41st floor), which means that you have the best city view 360 degrees view since you have the access to the rooftop. The unit do have 3BR and 2 Bath. Complete Kitchen amenities. I booked 6, but we were 8 on our arrival, I just handed the additional charge for the additional 2 upon arrival without any hassle. Transactions are all smooth, once again, thanks to the owner.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, size, beds, view, airport pickup,pool 20 MTRS away, the owners help in an unrelated issue, will be booking again for sure.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Perfect for a few nights in Manila

Pros: It was great to have a private home for a few nights while in Manila. A good space in a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing.

Cons: The air conditioning system could do with an update, it works but is noisy.

Pros: Location is great, just 100m away from St Luke's Clinic. Great view too at the 23rd floor.

Cons: The room needed a little bit of air freshener. The door double lock wasn't very friendly, needed some push everytime. Although overall, it was still a good stay and I'd book again.

Cons: The elevator ride to the penthouse might take you a while during busy hours.

Pros: The location is very convenient near at rob manila and everything you need, the owner is very accommodating and easy to talk. We are very satisfied on our stay. I will recommend this place.

Convenient and spacious rooms

Pros: The house is very spacious. Restos, Robinson's Place Manila, is just a few meters away. There is also paid parking around the area for 300 pesos.

Cons: Guests are not allowed to park. Swimming pool is not available during our stay.

Cons: pool closed and never opened. guards and entrance staff were not friendly. saying hello was like pulling a tooth from them. no smiles no greetings
