Pros: It was clean, air conditioning was perfect, quiet location away from the busy highway or airport. The staff were very helpful.

Cons: We can’t fault our experience.

Pros: Like a home away from home. Very close to terminal 3 easy walk.

Good location and nice pool

Pros: Good location, just 10min walking from T3 thru a covered bridge. Clean and confortable. Nice swimming pool, open 8AM to 8PM

Cons: I had to wait around 30min for the housekeeper to give me the keys

Stay in Manila

Pros: The Staff are always attentive to your needs and try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Rooms are a good size with cooking utilities, fridge etc. so this gives you a bit of freedom if you fancy cooking for yourself. Rooms are always clean and tidy and TV & WiFi is in the room. Outside swimming pool is very good.

Manila 2024

Pros: Rooms are always clean and presentable with good cooking facilities, extra beds if required and TV & WiFi. Staff are attentive and always try to ensure your stay is a good one. Swimming pool is very good as well. Good location for restaurants, shops & market.

81 Newport Boulevard - Two week stay

Pros: The room was a good size with a double bed and a large sofa bed. Kitchen had all the utensils, cutlery & cups required. WiFi was fast for the two week stay with no loss of signal. Washing machine in the Toilet / Shower room was a bonus. A good, clean room. Well maintained swimming pool and outside garden area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks.Recommended.

Cons: Couldn't hang clothes out to dry until night time but can understand why.

Spacious flat in very good location

Pros: - great location, close to terminal 3, in nice building with pool, with many shops and restaurants downstairs - very nice and helpful owner - easy check-in and late check-out - apartament is spacious and nicely equipped (maybe only hairdryer is lacking)

Cons: - apartament is really clean, but still some small cockroaches managed to enter :D

A short distance from T3 in NAIA, clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Pros: The proximity to the airport which was very convenient because I have an early morning flight the next day. It's a short distance walk away to Runway Manila that goes across to Terminal 3 of NAIA.

Cons: I had a very short stay, I was satisfied with the property, It was clean, well maintained and made my feel safe. I highly recommend this place.
