Convenient

Pros: It served a purpose. Late arrival and early flight. Very close to the airport. Walkable, but maybe not in the rain. Comfortable bed.

Cons: The light wasn't working in the bathroom. The AC was very old and the controls were by manual dials. There was also a fan, which i used for sleeping because the AC wasn't able to be set to a particular temperature. The exhaust fan over the stove was not able to be switched off and the filter was covered in such a thick layer of dust, i couldn't stand it, so I cleaned it.

A pleasant stay in a modern apartment

Pros: A very modern apartment block and a very spacious room with lots of amenities. It is also only a 10 minute way to Terminal 3 so was fantastic for our early morning flight

Cons: The check in process was rather confusing, and I do feel as though the host could benefit from having a lockbox for the key to save contacting a host, then a co-host, then arriving at the property and checking in with concierge, and then waiting for the co-host to take you up to the room and give you the key at an arranged time.

Convenient, good value for money & comfortable for a short stay.

Pros: Proximity to the airport for my early morning next day flight

Cons: A good blanket could have been provided as the one we had seemed like a bed cover but since we were both tired and conscious of our short time, we just let it pass.

Pros: Its my 2nd time around and we love it ❤️ very comfy There's 24hrs security around so ur safe. Also please remind the host/caretaker early in the morning to prepare your afternoon or evening arrival time. They have a really good service. Idont know why some people says they won't accommodate u early. Its the opposite, just remind them early!

Cons: Due to massive strict, i dont like how slow the admin handle our case of being taken care of sub-caretaker. But still everything is good. The caretakers really do their best to let you check in. Thankyou ❤️

Pros: Accessible sa airport malapit po siya sa terminal 3 and may mga fast food na malapit. Sa susunod na lakad po dito na lang po kami mag stay and mura pa.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist fussläufig vom Terminal 3, was sehr praktisch istfür einen Lay over in Manila. Es hat Restaurants & Shops in der Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet inkl. kleiner Küche und Waschmaschine. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Cons: Einzig die Schränke in der Küche waren teilweise etwas dreckig und rochen beim Öffnen etwas unangenehm. Die 2 Teller und Tassen und Wasserkocher, die wir brauchten waren sauber. Den Rest hat uns nicht gestört.
