Pros: The unit was clean, equipped with cooking utensils, a working Wifi connection and have a washing machine. Aside from that, there is a comfortable bed to sleep on. The host was approachable and assured a great stay. She provided a detailed rules for check-in and -out process including the house rules. It was well-organised and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay!

Pros: Complete and very homey. I love the pool view as well.

Cons: I don’t have problem with the unit/room we stayed in. For the entire bldg property only, elevators are slow. Parking in SM Jazz is way too pricey, almost 1k for an overnight stay. Better if the unit has its own parking slot.
