Pros: It was very clean. Practically all the equipment you need is provided for like washing machine, e-kettle, rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator and induction (not a fan but will do). It felt homey. It’s so accessible to various shops like 7/11, the San Agustin Church and the Southwoods Mall. Also the best place to have an early morning walk or exercise. The tv was smart and Netflix can be readily used. Both the queen and sofa beds were a comfortable medium to sleep. Lastly, water heater is available when taking a bath.

Cons: What i didn’t like about the property is the foul odor coming from the kitchen sink once we use it but it does go away, good thing lysol is provided. This maybe due to plumbing vent. There was no place to hang and dry clothes because we already used the wardrobe hanger for the dry ones. You need to pay 200php per head to be able to use the outdoor pool.

Pros: The place looked quite bigger than the pictures. Really clean and comfy too.

Pros: Serenity Suites is a thoughtfully designed place that's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It has a very strategic location—close to a nice mall, a transport terminal, and attractions like Splash Island. I love that there are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, as well. It is also nicely furnished, and it has good wifi. It is reasonably priced, too, considering how premium its location is. I will stay here again when I come back to Southwoods City!

It’s a great and comfortable staycation since it’s near the malls, great place para gumala and such.

Pros: It’s clean and nice, I can watch netflix when bored and go to near mall to buy some food etc. The place is relaxing

Pros: The property is easy to find and accessible with all that you might need. It is squeaky clean. The style is up to date and the basic things that you need are provided. The host welcomes you with a smile and positive approach. The securities are polite and helpful.

Cons: Nothing that we didn’t like. It’s just as I mention to Ms Jannin, if they can put a bidet :) and oh the bath towels can improve too!
