Super pleasant stay!!!

Pros: The instructions for checking in and checking out is very well coordinated. It is my first time being super impressed with the room, decorations and everything. Mabango, Malinis at pwede sa Maselan. Aesthetic! My niece and nephew enjoyed looking around the room and was amazed by the embellishments. Malakas ang aircon. WALANG IPIS!! The Bathroom is clean, it is with heater and with bidet. TV with netflix. Wifi is good and fast. Kitchen stuff and utensils are good and clean as well. Play ground for children is also available. KEEP it UP!!

Cons: You have to pay for pool access which is not the hosts fault but it would be better if its free, however, the room is enough to relax and have a chill day.

Pros: Location was superb, just infront of Southwood mall. Very clean and organized. Availability of the parking within the vicinity of the building. Pool was clean and properly maintained but unable to utilize it due to busy schedule. There is a 7-11 store which is open 24 hours just besides the building. Nice and safe community

Pros: Best accommodation,the check in process went smoothly because of the constant communication of the owner. He is very rsponsive to all my questions and her mother dear is really amazing. Even though we check out late, they are very pleasing to give us time to fix our things. This is highly recommended.

Cons: Maybe it not sound proof but those are minor things.

Worth staying again.

Pros: I really liked the room overall — it was not too large and not too small, just the right size. It was very clean and well organized, and everything we needed was available. The owner and caretaker were well-mannered, very approachable, and communicated well throughout our stay.

Cons: We had a wonderful stay and everything was nearly perfect. The only small concern was the figurine collection, as my sons were quite drawn to them. As a minor suggestion, one of the pans does not work with the induction stove, and the other one that does is already quite scratched and could benefit from replacement. Aside from these small details, we were very happy and would absolutely book again.

Small space but very well appointed.

Pros: Easy check-in. Owner very responsive and accommodating.

Cons: This might be out of the owner’s purview, but the complex guard (daytime) at first meeting was unfriendly. Interaction became better as stay progressed. But, when checking in, it was hard to understand what he needed us to do or present. Turns out, he just needed our names and property number.
