Nice convenient and affordable unit close to US embassy

Pros: Located by mall and us embasy. Very easy to get to everything you need. The host was very easy to work with, answeredquestions, wax very helpful. I woukd rent from them again.

Pros: Had everything we needed including hot water shower and bidet. Great location and fantastic views from the observation level on the same level as the swimming pool. Host has great communication and happy to help. She booked us a massage on request which was fantastic. Cold drinks (chargable) in the fridge.

Cons: The view from the balcony wasnt brilliant but great sunrise view over the city.

I love how spacious the place is, and the fact that dogs are allowed makes it even better.

Cons: My daughter noticed a cockroach in the comfort room. In addition, the television is not a smart TV, so I am unable to mirror Netflix from my phone, and the air-conditioning remote control is not functioning properly.

We enjoyed ourselves, and when we need to go to Manila will probably book a room there again.

Pros: We didn't eat at the facility, so I am not sure how the food is. Our room was comfortable and close to where we needed to go. The staff was polite and helpful when we needed anything.

Excellent and hassle free

Pros: The location was very near the US Embassy. It’s a plus for me that we don’t need to travel far anymore because its just across the street. Location wise, very very good.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and smells really good. The space is big enough for 4pax. It can accommodate up to 5pax actually. Checking in was done smoothly because Ate Riza, the person in charged was very approachable and east to deal with. She even allow us for late check out.
