7/11 next door, two steps from hotel main door, just great location for the US Embassy

Pros: Great location for USA citizen, who needs to process paperwork with the US Embassy Manila.

Cons: Just bring Raid spray for the roaches.

I would return. Overall Good.

Pros: The room on the 20th floor in the complex was fine. Small, but fine for 1 night. The reception area on Ground Floor smelt of toilet. . . This is NOT the fault of the Apartment Owner but Building Management. The Building managers need to address this issue. The Pool on 8th Floor was very nice. Overall Great. Close to the USA Embassy (Walking distance)

Cons: Reception (Ground Floor) toilet smell. The bed needs to be bigger. The bed needs Top and Bottom Sheets of the correct size.

Perfect location for single or couple looking to stay for the US Embassy interview.

Pros: The room was more than adequate for my needs. It was able to pack in lots of amenities in such a small space. The layout of the room was quite thoughtful.

Cons: Internet speed could be faster.
