Perfect location for family - we will be back.

Pros: The equipment and facilities are good. The place is clean too. We did NOT encounter any cockroaches or any crawling/flying insects. Air-con is very good.

Cons: Nothing we can think of.

Great place! Short drive from the airport! Very accommodating!

Pros: Wonderful host! She waited for us at the gate and showed us to our parking spot and room. It’s in a gated neighborhood so access is controlled. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants and only a few minutes drive to the airport!

Accessible and Comfortable

Pros: I love the property for its convenience and comfort. It is super accessible to all like convenience stores, transpo and Restaurants. Most especially is it is literally walking distance to Terminal 3. As an OFW who doesn’t live in Manila and would have to travel back to Mindanao is a big Plus to stay here for awhile and have a peaceful dip into there pool. My family enjoyed the pool and the comfort of the place. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you to Maam Joan!

Nice Location

Pros: It was clean and tidy.No cockroaches. Near NAIA 3. The owner was very accomodating to our request. We request for extra bed and extra towels & bedsheet and she was so nice providing it to us at no extra cost. Some extra matresses can use if more than 4 people.

Cons: We only stayed for 5 hrs. due to some unavoidable situation. So just rating it for a very short stayed. Only 2 twin size bed and other matress was on the floor.
