Manila Airport Staycation near NAIA Terminal 3

Pros: Location was great, nice and close to the airport.

Pros: The location was in close proximity to NAIA Terminal 3 via the manila runway. The place was a value for money ad the host was very responsive to all of my queries.

Cons: Nothing i could think of.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay.. 😍

Pros: Lovely property—clean, comfortable, safe, and in a great location. Near to airport.

Cons: The temperature control wasn’t very responsive.. though it didn't ruin the stay, but addressing these issues would make a big difference.

Pros: The properly is very convenient for us since we have to fly after check out and is just a Runway Connection to T3.

Spacious

Pros: The unit is spacious and unlike typical condos. It has everything you need, just like home. You can also see that it is super duper near NAIA.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that the location doesn't match Booking.com. The map shows it in front of the church, but it isn't. However, it's only a two-minute walk away. Not much of a difference, so it's still a great location.

I’d still consider booking again, but...

Pros: We like how convenient it is to buy groceries since the place is near malls and restaurants. The staff are nice and assisted us until we got to the actual unit. The owner is very accommodating and answers our questions promptly

Cons: There were small roaches, and the appliances are very old and outdated. The rugs, bed covers, and blankets were also dirty. The remote controls weren’t working, and there were only a few channels available, which could only be changed directly on the TV since there was no functioning remote. The sofa was springy, and the shower head fell on my head twice haha because the holder was loose and the bathroom sink was clogged. What made me feel most uncomfortable was the large gap around the ac—it's like the condo unit across from us could see into the bedroom through the gap. I’d still consider booking again because the place is cute and relaxing, but I really hope the owner gives more attention to cleanliness.

Pros: Location was great. Close to airport, shops and place is secured.

Cons: The entrance at the building was closed at the time so had to walk to the other building and enter from the underground carpark. Slight inconvenience but nothing serious.

Location Wise

Pros: Location wise, it is comfortable to stay near the Airport and accessing Runway Manila with just few a walk. Restaurants and other establishments are available in the vicinity. Our kids enjoyed the Complimentary Swimming pool. Secure entrances with Electronic gates. Security are always present and ready to assist.

Cons: None. weve only stayed a night.

Perfect overnight stay for terminal 3

Pros: So close to terminal 3 - I walked and it was only 5 minutes once I got out of the mall so no need to worry about heat. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Cons: The pool and gym are closed on Mondays which I wasn’t aware of until I got there

Pros: really clean and cozy with lots of facilities like the pool, washing machine, iron and hairdryer!
