We had great stay at the Shell. Very safe. Kim was a good host and I recommend It to anyone .

Pros: The Shell is in a great location close to all amenities. SM MoA, Hypermart are just a block away. Manila Bay is just at the back of the Mall. Starbucks, ATM’s, restaurants are in the building. Fast foods like McDonalds, Burger King and Jollibee are just few meters away toward the mall. Very convenient. All sorts of transportations to go around are just outside. Staff at the building were very helpful. Kim was a great host. Room is spacious with AC, Wi-fi, Netflix, fridge, all utensils you need in a functioning kitchen. Very comfy bed and pillows. Dining and family area was good. Unit has hot water, washing machine with an excellent drying rack and plenty of hangers. Ya everything you need is in the unit. Security guards are everywhere in the building and around the perimeter. Very safe.

Cons: A little fixing on the toilet.
