I plan to stay here every time I return to Manila if possible!

Pros: Loved it here. I switched here from another hotel and it was like night and day. The host was incredibly welcoming, the room was spacious with a nice view from the balcony, and it came with everything you would have in your own apartment (fridge, AC, TV, microwave, pantry, couch, etc.). WiFi was super fast! Perfect for working from home. The building itself was very quiet on my floor.

Cons: I found a few bugs, but just on the first day. I wish the bed blanket was a bit thicker (it was more like a sheet) and that bath towels were provided. But I just bought my own, so no issue there.
