Pros: Great location close to SM Mall of Asia, restaurants, entertainment and transport. Units are usually clean, comfortable and spacious enough, with useful amenities like a kitchen and washing machine. Staff and Ms. Glenda are often described as friendly and helpful. Good value for the price when the stay goes well.

Cons: I don't see any negative points in this unit.

Pros: Very convenient-MOA is walkable, near to the airport, literally convenient since there is a mini grocery store below and most importantly the host is very kind and accommodating. We'll definitely recommend the place.

Cons: The amount of the total payment did not match with the actual fee as reflected on the third-party booking site (booking.com or agoda.com), better communicate directly to the HOST. Aside from that, everything's perfect.

Pros: Wonderful host : kind and helpful ! Thank you for your warm welcome. Very near from Mall of Asia and quite close from the airport. Appartement quite small but enought to sleep (4 person)

I really enjoyed my stay and it's close to MOA

Pros: There's shop at the ground floor of the apartment which was easy for us to grab our breakfast. When I reported the TV isn't working fast action was taken to replace with a new one and really appreciate it

Cons: The unit is very nice & clean but there are plenty cockroaches. Needs to fumigate the unit.

Pros: The place is neat and tidy. Location-wise, it's close to everything (MOA, BANKS, CONVENIENCE STORES, etc). The staff are very accomodating also; replies with all our concerns. Had a very satisfying stay here!

Pros: The place proximity is perfect for our event and the amenities covered everything we needed. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing particular comes to mind. We had a small issue with a missing towel that was easily resolved after our stay. Overall, it was a minor thing.
