Pros: Location was perfect. Accessible to everywhere, malls , offices, airport etc. Mall of Asia is just walking distance and it’s safe to walk around even at night. The room itself is quite cozy. I love the homey vibe. Everything you need is just there. Bathroom was a little bit outdated and cabinets are worn out but still manageable. Complimentary towels and blanket smells a little “kulob”. Hope they provide cotton next time. Overall, Im satisfied with my 5 nights stay. It was peaceful and safe as well. Its good value for it’s price. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward for my future booking with them. Thank you so much!

Pros: I only stayed overnight with my friend, but what I liked most about the place was its excellent location and accessibility. It is conveniently situated near MOA and IKEA, which made it very easy to get around and access nearby shopping, dining, and jogging around the area. Another plus is the convenience store located near the lobby, which was very helpful for quick purchases and late-night needs. Overall, the location is very strategic as it is also relatively near the airport.

Cons: Since the place is not that new, there are a few things that could be improved. I would have appreciated having a comforter blanket, as it would have made the stay more comfortable, especially at night. An extension cord for the microwave would also be helpful for added convenience. Additionally, the refrigerator was not plugged in when I arrived, and I wish it had been colder for storing drinks and food properly. That said, these are minor concerns, and overall, the place is still worth the price for what it offers.
