10/10 for my needs

Pros: This cozy little studio was just perfect after my 3 days long journey to the Philippines. Location is great, area safe, bed comfy and the possibility to cook my own meal in a pretty well equipped kitchen was a huge bonus. Amazing value for such price. Definitely would choose it again.

Cons: The only thing I can think of is a bit more focus on clealiness, nothing major though.

Great value, but with a few hiccups

Pros: We were relocated to the host's unit at Shore 1 due to some plumbing concern at the supposed unit in Shore 2. However, the unit we stayed at was still great. The location is reasonably near Mall of Asia, so definitely a must-stay if you're from out of town watching an event at the Arena. The unit was spacious and clean, the host was very accommodating, polite and reachable when in need of assistance. The check-in process was really quick, and I really appreciated how the check-in time can be as early as 11AM with no additional cost.

Cons: In relation to the check-in, the exact check-in process was not relayed to me at least one day before check-in (rather, less than an hour prior to my confirmed check-in time). This made me anxious considering this seems to be a new unit for short-term stays. Also, we encountered a problem with the wi-fi where it didn't work around 3 hours after we got in, which we consider really important for connectivity since any data service was really slow within the unit (or maybe within the entire building sans the lobby), but the host was really accommodating and made sure she got it fixed.
