Pros: Overall, we loved our stay. It's very clean and comfortable. Facilities are complete from kitchen to bathroom. We have what we need. The host is also easy to contact. Our stay is very smooth from check-in to check-out. Given instructions are clear. Sir Lem made sure well accommodated. Will surely booked his unit again!

Pros: EVERYTHING !!! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is beautiful and stylish, with great attention to detail in the design. It’s clean, cozy, and environment friendly, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location is ideal—quiet but still close to everything. The host was also super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay again! Kudos Sir LIM !!!!

Spacious. Super clean. Attentive and generous host. Close to malls and entertainment centers.
Pros: Located on the 29th floor with a panoramic view of Metro Manila, this condo unit is big enough for five persons! Clean, spacious, organized! The location was super close to SM Mall, Ali Mall, and Gateway Mall and other restaurants and Smart Araneta Coliseum. MRT and LRT stations are within reach! What's the best was the super accommodating owner of the place! He even offered us for a tour around Cubao area! I will surely recommend this!
Cons: Nothing. I like everything in the unit.

Overall, the stay was great and there’s really nothing to complain about.
Pros: Casa Tagpuan at Manhattan Heights is a nice and cozy place that we had the pleasure of booking for the second time. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for our family, making it an ideal home away from home. Additionally, the host is very accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Its location is a major plus, offering quick access to the mall, market, and everything else you might need during your stay. Overall, it’s a great choice and highly recommendable to others looking for a relaxing and accessible getaway.
Cons: I wouldn’t say I disliked it, but I was surprised to see that the second bed, which I really appreciated during our first staycation, had been removed. Fortunately, they provided a separate mattress, so it still worked out well.

Pros: I truly appreciate everything we observe at their property. Their place is incredibly calm and has a wonderful ambiance, making it an exceptionally pleasant experience to stay. Every detail seems thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxing, which greatly enhances the overall experience.

Wonderful stay - nice space, great location, and a friendly, responsive host.
Pros: We liked the overall aesthetics of the unit. Everything was neat and clean. We loved how smooth the self-check in and check out process was and that the owners are very responsive to queries before and during our stay. It is also in a good location which is just across a mall and there’s convenience store right before the entrance of the building.
Cons: There’s nothing to dislike about this property.
