Otherwise, all in all, my 2 sons and I had a great time staying at Kings Staycation.

Pros: The location was just perfect! Close to Mall of Asia and other shops as well.

Cons: At least, there should be a dryer for laundry.

If you are looking for a value for money stay, clean and near a good location, this is the place.

Pros: The host was chatting on whatsapp but friendly. The room was smaller than expected, maybe because they have put bigger furniture in a smaller room. Cleanliness is good, overall experience is good.

Cons: The bed wasn't comfortable. I had backache in two days. The bed can be replaced to a better one. Too many furnitures and appliances may not be used by everyone, for example the washing machine was forcefully fitted in the bathroom making the bathroom very small. same with the dining table in the hall. small table could make the hall more usable and may make look bigger.

Pros: The location is very convenient, close to Mall of Asia and Newport. The host is really nice and easy to talk to. The place is just the right size for a family, clean, and worth the price. All basic necessities are provided.

Cons: Can hear the noise in the corridor.

clean cozy condo right by MOA

Pros: well equipped, and very hard to do much better on price in this part of Pasay City. very clean with anything you need to cook simple meals, but lots of very good dining options close by. easy hike to MOA. we had four and it is a bit cramped for four, but everyone had adequate sleeping arrangements. note that parking is not free and can be quite expensive. there is a lot by the East West Bank that costs 300/day. I think the basement parking is 800/day, but I used the bank lot. Good security, and no weird criminal types hanging around at all. WIFI was very good/fast.

Cons: do not try to hike to MOA by crossing EDSA, go the southern route crossover.
