Good location and nice apartment

Pros: Nice apartment building with good security. Apartment is comfortable and the host was helpful with any issues we had, which were minimal! Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and a 24 hour shop in the building complex, as well as various restaurants and shops. 2 weekend markets close by which were great for food!

Just Fabulous

Pros: What a lovely place Kate has. It’s central to Makati and only a short distance to Greenbelt / Poblacion for live music . The place was immaculate, equipped with all you need for a comfy stay . We enjoyed the swimming pool and the shops nearby . Will come back again !

Cons: None but perhaps a hairdryer will be most appreciated

Pros: We had an amazing 3-day, 2-night stay! The host - Ms. Mayeth, was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the spacious living room and the beds are comfortable, with the beautiful view of the pool, the quiet neighborhood, and complete kitchenwares just enough for our stay! Microwave, Coffee Maker, Electric kettle, Tea set, etc! The location was perfect—close to the malls in Makati (seven-minute ride) and just right below the property is the Jazz Mall with restaurants, coffee shops, hypermarket, yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day of exploring. Everything we needed was provided, and the little touches made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to come back again!

Pros: - Top Lage - Check-in & Check-out sehr unkompliziert - Wohnung ist sehr groß - gute Aussicht - Einrichtung auch gut - sehr gut Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern via booking-app

Cons: - Etagenbett nicht mehr zeitgemäß und wird auch nicht richtig transparent gemacht in der Anzeige - es könnte für Touristen noch Instant-Kaffee & -Tee bereitliegen
