Overall, Grace Residences is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Taguig City.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Grace Residences in Taguig City. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby, even though breakfast wasn’t included. The pool area was decent and a nice spot to relax, although it could get a bit busy at times. My primary concern was the apartment’s poor insulation—I could hear my neighbours’ activities, which affected the overall comfort.

Cons: Overall, Grace Residences is a convenient place to stay, offering easy access to amenities; however, soundproofing could be improved.

Pros: I have stayed here on three occasions and would stay here again depending on availability.

Cons: When we arrived there were a few nicities that were missing such as toilet paper hand sanitizer. However we were able to make do as we ad picked up some on the way

Pros: clean and comfortable. not to mention it was very affordable. our stay was only supppsed to be for 2 nights but we extended it to 4. the staff is also very easy to communicate with.
