Facilities exceeded my expectations. A bit over the top in cost but worth the comfort

Pros: Location was great. Staff were very courteous in all facets of the hotel, from the lobby to the restaurant to room service. Kerry Sports facility was world-class. I actually made some good friends there and will be back for future business.

Cons: I wasn't able to check in early despite arriving in from a 5am flight. That made me really tired and not able to rest before gaining access to the room. This made the experience not ideal from the first day

Wonderful Stay at BGC Shangra-la

Pros: Enjoyed ourself both in the room and the facilities like the gym and pool areas. Internet band width was weak at times, and TV reception would falter.

An excellent stay

Pros: Stayed for 8 nights in the 2 br/2ba Residence. Staff were excellent and the property is fantastic - very safe, very clean, and the facilities are wonderful. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, they had adequate plugs (important these days with all the tech), and good closet/storage space. The shower was wonderful - I could stand there for hours if I let myself. The gym is one of the best in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Didn’t use the pool but was able to rent a tennis court. Had room service for breakfast on several occasions and they had a very good variety of dishes. Also tried a couple of their restaurants and particularly liked Raging Bull (Burgers). The location is great - right along BGC High Street, near various shops and restaurants. We also made use of their transfer service upon arrival and were provided complementary parking for our van during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The 2 bedroom residence was super spacious and luxurious, complete with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff were superbly wonderful, feeling welcomed and serviced at every level. Facilities are world class!

Our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Just not as great as we had hoped.

Pros: Location was very central. Staff were capable and friendly. The size of the room was very generous.

Cons: The room beside ours had a dog. Whenever we were at the common area of our room, we can hear it barking most times. There were some parts of the carpet that need replacing. It seems clean enough but maybe from previous stains, there were dark shadows in places.
