AJ Staycation at Shore 1 Residences Tower D

Pros: The room is cozy and.it feels like home the accomodation are complete.kitchen utensils, and the owner is approachable.

My family's medical seeking attention, comforted by AJ's Staycation hospitality.

Pros: The unit owner(private host) was so considerate, easy to dealt with, and the place of stay were more than we'd expected. The location was also amazing, close to stores and different service providers i.e. Saloon, laundry service, etc. Security personnel and the utility staffs including doormen were also worth commending. The Philippines largest mall(Mall of Asia) was just a walking distance away. Thank you ma'am Maria and Mitchell.

Cons: None at all.

Pros: In the unit, it was clean and the ambiance is good, it has sofa that accommodate all guest to be seated properly, in fairness this is the unit I stayed with 3 sofa. Good for guest which has 5 pax. The interior design is quite nice also, there were plants decorated inside which gives good vibe. The Ac is cold, that's a plus factor. And overall, the Shore 1 is spacious and has a long walkway, many sits in the garden. Many pool as well. I never expected how big the garden is. I like it much!

It was the best place to stay in pasay, near to all places with good view and food stalls!

Pros: This place was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The unit was clean, cozy, and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and quick, and they were always ready to help whenever we had questions or requests. They even allowed us to extend our stay by two extra hours since there were no incoming guests, which we truly appreciated and made our departure much more relaxed. Everything about our stay was smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We felt well taken care of and at home the entire time. Hands down, this was the best stay I’ve had in Manila, and I would absolutely come back and recommend this place to others.

Pros: We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We just booked a day before check-in and it was just a fast transaction. The owner was easy to transact with. Since we had late check-in, they processed self check-in. We just presented our IDs at the lobby and was able to go to the room easily. The room was good. There were 2 towels, a tissue, wifi is good, cookware, TV, microwave, refrigerator, shower water heater, washing machine. We had a hassle free stay since also almost everything is near the bldg. The view deck was also amazing since you can view the manila bay and the MOA.

Cons: The downside is the building's.small cockroaches in the room, manageable but there can be a trap or spray for them. The sockets or plugs were not for all types, good thing we had our universal plug. There were a lot of instructions for the room but they lacked instructions on Wifi. It's just that we already used to access it. But there could be an easier way like a bigger QR or another post for wifi name and password. The shower keeps on leaking even though it's properly off, kinda waste of water and making the floor slippery.

Pros: Great place to stay especially to those who are looking for 2 bedroom for low price. I highly recommend this.
