Cons: Areas of improvement: you may filter this feedback/review and choose not to publish. 1.) Pest Control - cockroach are hovering around the rooms and hallway at 7th & 8th flr which needs immediate attention. 2.) Room Cleanliness - bathroom tiles need grouting. 3.) Appreciate if you could replace the room door signage that are missing for your guests to easily locate the room. 4.) Sound proof need to improve. 5.) If possible add blanket.

Pros: The location is very convenient, with a 7/11 just downstairs. It felt very safe and was student-friendly, which was important since I brought my little sisters with me. The place is both affordable and comfortable definitely a great stay! Will come back soon 😊
