Fantastic hate to go home.

Pros: Location. I stay here alot. Staff are top Shelf. We had a 3 bedroom suite 48th floor. Top Shelf. Best View In Manila.

Comfy and accessible

Pros: The room was cleaned everyday. I love that the room itself and the bathroom is spacious enough with balcony. Location was superb near the mall, LRT station and very easy to get a taxi service. Having a microwave is really a selling point for me.

Good cheap air con fine. Tired furniture ok for short stay

Pros: Cheap in a good central location with amenities close by. Air con worked and was fine staff helpful and friendly. Great for a 1 2 night restbite. Good views

Cons: The building is a tall tower, the rooms were tired and very old. Fair few cockroaches in the bathroom which is common for Manila. If you cross reception to the other hotel and pay a little more you can get a newly refurbished room which is further up the tower

Had good time in Manila. site seeing with my Philippine girlfriend. She has never been in a hotel.

Pros: could have in house restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleaning of room could be done in the morning not at 3 pm in the afternoon. People and staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV broke down they fixed it straight away for us.

Cons: One thing I didn't like, when first entering room . the fridge wasn't turned on. And cockroaches come out of the fridge and were crawling over the bench. Other then that was happy. Would stay again for the value for money.

Pros: As always, the rooms are clean and pretty well maintained , the staff are pleasant and polite We had a faulty shower heater which was replaced within 2 hours by maintenance

It was a good stay, however the area is somewhat very busy, and has some hawkers approaching you.

Pros: The view was great. Room was fine. It had kitchen utilities.

A good hotel to stay in, and a comfortable stay

Pros: We stayed here last year. The location is very good. The staff are very accommodating to meet guest needs. The room was fine. We like the kitchenettes so we can cook and save some money. The Wifi worked well, and was reliable.

Cons: Hard to figure out the cable TV. Wait times for an elevator can be long.
