Would highly recommend the property. It is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable well located stay.

Pros: Easy booking In process and the owner provided clear instructions and information about the property before our arrival. This provided stress free stay.

Cons: The property was in an excellent location right in the middle of BGC near the mall and places to eat. The property was clean and well maintained and was excellent value for a very comfortable stay.

Pros: The biggest highlight of this Airbnb is its perfect location in BGC—everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and malls to parks and nightlife. It’s a super convenient spot for both work and leisure. The unit itself is decent for the price, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Cons: However, a couple of small improvements could make it even better. The bed sheets would feel much fresher if they were ironed, and the interior could use a bit of an update to enhance the overall ambiance. Free parking would also be appreciated.

Excellent location

Pros: The location is excellent, and the room is spacious enough for two. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we didn’t use it much as we ate out most of the time. The building staff are polite and courteous, and there’s a dedicated elevator for certain floors.

Cons: The room requires significant attention. Some fixtures are broken, and I’ve noticed that the doors haven’t been cleaned properly. The room itself also needs a more thorough cleaning. (please include the doors) Bed is comfortable but the pillows don’t not have any kind of support. Additionally, there’s an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The air conditioner in the living room isn’t working (we were informed of this a day before), and the one in the bedroom is inadequate for cooling the room to our preference, especially as we come from a colder climate. Despite being only six years old, the entire building feels dated and in need of refurbishment, but that’s on Megaworld admin.

Pros: The place is clean and cozy. Very convenient and near to uptown mall where I can just walk for a few minutes. The host is also accommodating. Would recommend and book this place again. Thank you
