Pros: Easy booking. Host answers enquiries and requests promptly. Second time booking this unit and will be booking in here again in the future.

Comfortable, well-equipped, value for money

Pros: Perfect stay at a perfect location. Easy communication with prompt replies. Everything was provided in the room including slippers, towels, soaps, etc. Room is equipped with all the essential appliance including fridge, tv, microwave. Wifi is also provided. The building has a concierge and restaurants and grocery stores are within easy reach

Cons: Took me a while to figure out how to make the tv work but managed to get it in the end. An instruction manual would be handy.

if space matters to you, this is your best bet

Pros: great location, near orchard gateway, the male staff and manager is very accommodating even with small requests, the room is huge and worth the value compared to other property. not luxurious but it has everything you need for a serviced apartment

Cons: the cleaning is 3x a week, which understandable. you have to request to change dirty towels on days housekeeping is not scheduled. if i need anything, i have to go the recep because the phone is a bit complicated. the room we had have no bathroom exhaust. the entrance is confusing for grab drivers and the pin points to the other road instead of koek rd.
