Great location, good value for the square footage. Solid real 2 bedroom condo with seperate rooms.

Pros: Bigger than average condo. 48 square meters. Most in this price rage are like shoeboxes. No bugs. Most these condos have hidden infestations but so far I dont see a sign. They have multiple daily trash pickup. Internet is solid 50 to 100 mbps wifi. Huge 50 inch tv which has all the apps on it, already logged in. One controller seems to handle everything which is rare nowadays and very nice. 10 elevators, smooth and quiet, no dinging at every floor so you dont have to worry about that annoying sound day and night. Not much noise from outside either. 20 floors up really helps with the noise. Almost no sirens or construction when i was there. Bathroom is large too and hot water is good so its easy to get a shower. Plenty of storage in there. The side bedroom is a single and the bed is off the floor properly. Lots of little storage nooks and closet space in the main bedroom with hangers.

Cons: Cons: No view out other than at the other apts. Not that big a deal. 2 ACs, works great but remotes kinda do what they want. Hard to get it to the proper temp setting but they work. Beds a twin I think, and only a few inches off the floor in the main bedroom. A better mattress and queen size would make this place perfect. The pictures make the apt look brand new but its not. Temper your expectations and you will still be pleased. I would book here a month without any issues.
