The Alpha Suites

Really comfortable stay with beyond excellent service!

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating! I couldn't imagine better service. The rooms were big with a lot of great features like automatic blinds, TVs and aircon in both rooms, and switches at the front door to control lights, blinds and aircon. There are also fantastic amenities like a gym, a lovely pool area and even tennis courts. The Alpha Suites exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it.

Cons: Perhaps a few things in the room are a bit old. But everything was very clean, so it is a very minor detail.

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Makati...complete facilities

Pros: Incredible facilities, it's like a little village . You almost don't need to venture out. They have a nurse and a doctor, nice breakfast, basketball court, tennis, table tennis, swimming pools, jai alai, movie rooms...everything. There's a supermarket downstairs as well as 7 Eleven and heaps of restaurants in the compound. Staff are all nice, polite and happy. The room facilities are as pictured, Light and well fitted with washing machine, dryer, stove, oven and basic cutlery and cooking equipment. It is clean and serviced daily, really good.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Our stay at Alpha Suites was wonderful, and we would happily return anytime. We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment which offered a spacious and modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large sofa, comfortable beds, and en-suite bathrooms. The apartment also included a washing machine and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Everything was clean and very well equipped. A special highlight for us was the pool area, beautifully designed with a separate kiddie pool and a pleasant atmosphere in the evenings to relax and spend time together. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Alpha Suites was the perfect place to arrive and settle in Manila. The location in Makati is excellent, with a 7-Eleven right next door for any additional necessities. Many thanks to the wonderful team at Alpha Suites for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great, nice rooms and good food in the restaurants.

Pros: Was situated perfectly based on my needs. Easy to get a taxi and to get around. Nice apartment, nothing to complain about. Nice restaurants from 7 different countries, Japan, Italy, Spain, Greece, Usa, Thailand and China as far as I remember. Great food and menues.

Cons: Information about the tricky different electrical ways to use all the facilities in the apartment. No instruction manual. Many TV channels, but few for tourists from other than the local areas. No live music in the bar, not even a piano player during our 4 days stay.

One thing for sure on our next holiday we are going to stay here again..

it's a home away from home.

Pros: Love this hotel everytime I visit Manila, I stay at the Alpha suites the room and the amenities are beyond what you would get at any other hotel, this place is like my own personal apartment and I love it, it's a home away from home.

Cons: I can't fault the hotel for anything other then I wish the price was lower that why I could stay even longer but that doesn't put me off staying at the Alpha suites I love the place. I have nothing bad to say about my stay at the Alpha suites.

Generally up to its usual standard, but suffered a disappointing lapse in customer service

Pros: I have stayed here on several occasions - 9 days in November alone - and cannot fault the room, breakfast and fantastic staff.

Cons: On all previous occasions a Caffitaly fresh coffee capsule machine was provided in the room. On this occasion there was no coffee machine, just a kettle and 2 sachets of an awful 3 in 1 drink that purports to be drinkable. The evening receptionist (with sour face and spectacles) argued that the room doesn't come with a coffee machine (thought there was one hidden in a cupboard). After challenging her claim she then went on to inform us that they had a supply problem with the coffee capsules and therefore only 2 bedroom apartments were being furnished with them. Even if that is the case, I would expect to be provided with some instant coffee, tea, etc., but absolutely nothing was forthcoming - simply take it or leave it. As a quite frequent return guest I expected better, based on previous experiences, and while the apartment and provision was otherwise as expected for this price point I will think carefully before booking the Alpha Suites in the future.

Perfect way to end a great trip to Philippines before the long trip home

Pros: Only stayed for 1 night before heading back home, supposed to check out by 12.00pm but didn’t need to leave for the airport until a couple of hours later, called the help desk at 10:30am and asked if there was an option for a late check out (expecting at the very least a significant charge at best). Help desk called back within 2 minutes and said no problem and extended checkout by 2 hours for no extra charge. Suite was exceptional and the only disappointment is that I only had the one night there.

Cons: Nothing negative to add

Pros: The room is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is nice, though I wish there is a bath tub.

Cons: Nada, all is good and excellent.

Highly recommend Alphaccommodation in Manila

Pros: Everything, from start to finish - and booked for two Ireland vists in November - for unit really is home from home, with such lovely staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Smiles all the way.

Cons: Everything was terrific, as usual.
