Pros: Budget hotel in good location clean and good for cheap caomodation

Very good location and value for money

Pros: I like the proximity of the place. It is near Ace Water Spa if you want to swim. It is near Kapitolyo if you want food trip. It is near Estancia if you need a mall within distance. There is also a supermarket nearby and ATM machine.

Cons: There was no TV in my room :( there were few mosquitoes as well.

The staff are very accomodating. The hotel is affordable and accessible to pasyalan areas in Kapitol

Pros: The room was clean and prepared before our arrival. I like the aesthetics of sink and kitchen counter. The beds have uratex foam, they are soft and comfortable. There's a 28 or 32 inches TV with GMA Affordabox and a corner sofa that our toddler liked so much, he sat there most of the time while watching TV or looking at the tall buildings that can be seen from our window. The place has many nearby convenience store and a big sari-sari store and laundry shops a few blocks away.

Cons: I didn't like the bedsheets as they are easily removed, I have to keep putting them back in place. I also didn't like that one thick blue blanket, the texture is rough and not comfortable to my liking (maybe just for me). I also thought there would be toiletries like soap and shampoo just like in other hotels but it was not specified on the booking details-- so this is kind of on me, but atleast they have good quality tissue roll. Lastly, the bidet has a hard to press button and there's no shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor was all wet.

Pros: they don’t have toiletries especially tissues that was in line with their description. also we saw a couple of cockroaches. aside from this negative comment the place was pretty good. thank you.
