Nice and New Hotel

Pros: The Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The location is fine easy access to Main Road. Sure we will come and stay again.

Pros: Scrumptious breakfast, excellent staff and the area feels safe with plenty of places to eat.

Cons: Could’ve been helpful if there is wardrobe available in the room

Pros: Very quiet at night time. Has overlooking view on the rooftop. Has buffet if youd avail. Along the highway location, has 711 store outside and Figaro where we had breakfast. Hot and cold bath and sink water. Has complimentary tea available. Has Refrigerator, night lamps. Service bath towels and slippers. Card key that serves as room's power switch too. Lobby area is very elegant. Staffs were very accomodating. Non smoking rooms and has Php 2000 refundable cash deposit upon checkin

Cons: No windows unfortunately, AC is facing the bathroom door. The room was located at the end of the hall. I think the walls are not sound proof we can hear sounds from the other room (morning time only - probably the cleaning service staff)

Incredible, safe, welcoming, and highly recommended.

Pros: I felt so safe and welcomed arriving at Monaco Hotel as a solo traveller on my first trip to the Phillipines. The staff were so friendly and made themselves available to help me in all and any request I had. My stay in Tay Tay was rejuvenating and relaxing thanks to Monaco Hotel. Great value for money and care for guests from a relatively new Hotel. Definitely recommended for any travellers. Special thanks to Candy, Belle, Lanz, Elijah, Dom, and Jasper.

Cons: There were some construction works on level 2 which had quite a strong smell, but I understand they are working to create even more amazing facilities so I’m wishing them luck and success.

Good location and good value for the money

Pros: Cleanliness and service provided. The room is always cleaned out and bedsheets were replaced everyday. It feels so nice coming back to a clean and fresh hotel after being out and about. The security were always attentive to every guests

Cons: Maybe the amount of deposit required during our stay. As a traveller, cash is required wherever you go so having to give cash as security deposit affects the quality of our trip. Having card as security deposit would be helpful. Also, if you want to use the gym everyday, you will have to sign declaration every time. Once is fine, but all the time is a little bit inconvenient.

Pros: breakfast is not that good but the staff and the restaurant was satisfying

Pros: Staff are friendly and accomodating. The location has cafes and a seven eleven downstairs with massage places across the road. Short drive to the attractions. In all very good. Restaurant staff were great, I would rate more had the hotel been complete and the pool completed but it was full of water so I’m sure it’ll be a 10 soon.

Cons: There were some inaccuracies between the room configuration and the booking but the staff were very accommodating and gave us an extra cot for the kids.

An acceptable alternative to condo airbnb

Pros: The staff were awesome; everyone was very helpful. The food was great - buffet and ala carte! We enjoyed the breakfast and meryenda buffet.

Cons: The hotel could use more parking spots. I find the lightning very dim on all the floors making it a bit creepy. The standard queen rooms are very compact; we ended up upgrading to their deluxe room.
