Great location

Pros: Great location connected to Mall of Asia. Spacious rooms and amazing breakfast buffet. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons: Slightly overpriced with extras charged, such as additional bed when pricing I believe should have shown for 3 when entered the booking.

Pros: Location and the spacious room and bed. The cleaning staff are honest and the staffs are polite and friendly.

Cons: I can suggest that the music be softened on the dining hall, breakfast hall.

Cons: Small suite for the price we paid for, small spread at the executive lounge compared to other hotels at the same price we paid for. Too chatty reception staff.

You went above and beyond to speak to me about my stay at the hotel and listening to my story at the moment gave me so much comfort. You are a star Well deserve Position at the Hotel I am sure You will be the top Manager in the Hotel in near future, and I will congratulate you in advance.

Cons: Basically, I loved every minute of my stay at the Hotel. Specially The live Music and the beautiful Bar. Next time I would like to have permission to your Executive Lounge which i missed out.

Great hotel with the best staff

Pros: Excellent location, perfect for exploring the bay area with MOA and we also did some Grab rides to Ocean Park and BGC etc. The hotel has nice design although bordering on ”businesslike” but very well maintained and wonderful staff. Every person we spoke to were utter professionals with a friendly attitude. Rooms had comfortable beds and nice amenities. Housekeeping were really on point!

Cons: Breakfast buffet was very large but at the same time how much do you really need? I dont know who actually benefits from the current status with the overpriced gigantic buffet and restrictive child inclusion policy - maybe people with enormous appetite FAR beyond my tiny 85 kg, 185 cm frame? 😀 TVs in the room felt a bit old and were not up to par with other hotels on the same level we stayed at during our trip. But we did not have much time for TV anyway.

Pros: They gave us their full support during our stay. My friends were quite demanding but hotel stuff helped us with all their needs immediately.

Cons: It took a while to get inside the room, and amenities are missing for 1 person (we booked for 3 persons but amenities available in the room was only for 2) Better if there are more variety of foods in the buffet breakfast.
