Comfortable Stay in a Developing Location

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Bloomfield Residences. The 2-bedroom unit was spacious, and all the furnishings were new, clean, and well-maintained. Very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: The area is not yet fully developed, with limited facilities and no nearby convenience stores or restaurants. Although the condo is affordable, going to MOA often requires using Skyway, which means additional toll fees.

Pros: Proximity to the airport and the unit is so cosy where you feel so relaxed with your stay, considering the suites' excellent interior design. Hosts were very accommodating & super nice. Highly recommended 👌 Will definitely book again for my future travel

Pros: Ms. Donna & Mr. Julius were excellent hostesses! They’ve ensured that our few nights’ stay beginning on the 30th of Oct 2023, with this cozy & comfy legit-2bedroom unit @Bloom Residences together with all the amenities mentioned on their site was simply enjoyable! We even extended for a few more nights, coz we strongly felt the warmth & welcomeness both Julius & Donna have shown through their concern over our comfort & safety…they were awesome! We never had any 2nd thoughts of re-booking again last Nov 2023, and then again this month of Dec 2023. Now, we’re worried that this mentioned review might limit us in re-booking again for this coming Yuletide Season…in lieu of the other Filipinos from overseas whom are coming home this Christmas! Thanks again for all the accommodation-experiences we had, and hope to see you again very soon!

Pros: The Host is superb cannot ask for more. They tried to accommodate whatever your request.

If you want a budget friendly condo then I recommend this place

Pros: -Bed was extremely comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud each night, 2 bed room condo so it feels more spacious has a big closet to store your items -brand new appliances and a washer/dryer in one so I loved this about the condo during my stay -Tv is a smart tv so Netflix, Amazon prime etc -Situated on the lower floors but not at the lowest floor so the noise is annoying from the skyway but not as bad as someone on the 1st floor.

Cons: -Staff is very incompetent and do not communicate with each other in fact it costed me over 30 usd in FedEx overnight mail for my debit card twice. They turned ny rider around at the gate after being told that I was expecting this mail and to let him in. Everyone else’s mail got in but mine. Feel I dealt with jealous staff/security and mail was targeted (no fault of the condo owner) still with no debit card in the new country I’m in due to them blocking my mail. Owner helped to seek action on the individuals and solution was made but changes only happens after my mail got lost in limbo somewhere in Manila after being turned around. Also same with food via grab they would harass my riders and I would have to call and tell the security off and to let him/her in. -Skyway can get hectic so you can hear tons of loud sport bikes etc so get ear plugs or if your in the living room keep the doors closed to both rooms helps a lot. -I recommend if you have an issue with the staff to message the owner and he will sort it out. They were great to me.

Pros: The space when you walk in compared to other condos in Manila. It has two bedrooms one features a bunk bed but we used it as a storage room for our bags and had plenty of space in the main bedroom which has a nice comfortable bed and lots of closet space. Bathroom also has a washer/dryer in one and is more spacious as well. The host is very respectful and accommodating which I liked so much I extended my stay here for a bit. If you are looking for kitchen stuff it has everything you need dishes, microwave, electric stove etc and finally the dining table is sizable for 3 and the couch is decent.

Cons: I didn’t have too many complaints the condo is a little bit older but it is works for us as we just wanted a clean and spacious place. Note that this property doesn’t have a alphamart or other services. But it does offer a pool and a respectful staff and a clean building. I prefer going into alabang and getting my groceries anyway so it’s not a big deal also can order grab. Note this building is tower A if you use grab services and make sure you tell the driver in advance what room number and tower for future reference or they won’t get in. I appreciate that also the strict security which makes me feel safe here.

Pros: Everything was good,the place,people and value for money.

Cons: I just didn't like the gate was to far from the building. Specially if you don't have a car like us. The only choice we had is to take grab. Or walk.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to order food through Grab. If we wanted to buy it yourself, Family Mart and Wendys were not that far and we just walked. The host was also very responsive, easy to communicate with, kind, and friendly. The check-in was also easy and the Bloom Residences staff downstairs were friendly. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. Thank you very much! We had a very wonderful time.
