Pros: Staff are very friendly especially Ian the security guy, Flor the receptionist and Mon the room service/housekeeping guy. They were awesome!

Cons: Utensils are available but still need to be requested, I booked 4 nights but was provided with 1 toilet paper. I booked an apartment to have all the amenities of an apartment

Great value for money.

Pros: The gentlemen that greeted me was a massive and gave exceptional service.

Cons: did however dislike the security and another lady who took over the front desk. They banged on my door to inform me it was time to leave while I having a shower even though I was aware of the check out time

It was more than what I bargained for

Pros: I like the spacious room. I am happy that the size was more than I anticipated and that made me want to make future bookings here. The location was perfect, easy to locate, with so many store around and some grocery outlets too. Staff is supportive and on time for room service calls. I felt I am getting my money's worth.

Cons: I have no complaints
