Pros: Loved the smell of the lobby and the rooms. Everything was so comfy we decided to extend out stay.

Hotel close to Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club

Pros: This is our second time to stay here this year as it is close to Eagle Ridge Golf course. Rooms and the hotel itself seemed to have been painted amd fixed up quite a bit. Rooms are clean and staff are accommodating. Appreciate that they offer the option to pack our breakfast early in the morning.

Cons: Maybe just the sounds/noise outside (streets and hotel hallway) can be heard inside the room.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Nice location with grassy fields backing onto the hotel. Close to the Golf Corse. The Korean Restaurant has great food. It is only a short walk down the highway to Dali Everyday Grocery, JP'S Pizza and Queen cakes.

Cons: The box air-conditioned was quite noisy.

Pros: clean rooms. Nice friendly staff. They accommodated my extra room request with no issue. Even my booking date mistake! The guards also were very courteous and helpful with parking and all. All good. Keep up the good work.

One of my best Hotel stay ever

Pros: Love the ambiance of the hotel , Staff was really accommodating , they will really ensure you got all of your needs. All of the staff that you bump along anywhere will really greet and give you a smile which makes it a plus for the hotel. In our 3 days stay in the hotel they make sure that they provide the cleaning service of our room Very spacious parking . I will surely come back with my family again. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Great location if you want to play golf at Eagle Ridge.

Cons: My schedule changed and because I had pre-paid I lost 4 days...wasted money for me. Could they have given me a credit to be used later?

Pros: The staff were very warm and accommodating. The ambiance was so relaxing and peaceful too. it was a stress free check in and check out. :) 🙂 We love their unlimited brewed coffee at the lobby. :)

Microtel - just perfect for 4x4 tourney

Pros: We got an unexpected upgrade to a suite. Much appreciated. The manager was very welcoming and full of smiles. Room was large and clean. Bottled water provided. The room was perfect.
