Pros: The staff was very accommodating. The place is so secured. I was from sri lanka alone. I considered the security more. So they gave me a very secured place to live.

perfect choice for an overnight stay

Pros: it was good staying here, twice already at random times. essentially, you get a decent place to stay at an affordable price. all clean and comfortable. appreciate a lock is provided for locker cabinets. good location, walking distance to almost everything you might need. easy and swift check in. suitable for overnight, quick, short term stay.

Pros: The A/C, even though it was very noisy. Couldn't have survived without it. Staff were very pleasant, especially your security guy just outside the entrance.

Cons: Maybe not the most comfortable mattress but can't really complain since I slept quite well.

Convenient option for those literally transiting in the city

Pros: I liked that I could check in in the middle of the night. I booked the place last minute like 9pm & I arrived at 1am. It was a good option for me since I used to stay at the City Flats Sacred Heart so I was familiar with this branch already. I was lucky I only had 1 roommate. I really just needed a bed to sleep in for that early morning arrival.

Cons: well I guess you get what you pay for. No amenities were provided. I literally just had a bed, a pillow, a blanket & a towel which was good enough for me. I'm not used to loft beds so it was difficult to keep going up & down. Luckily, I didn't have to stay for too long.
