Pros: Location and the cleanliness and completeness of the basic necessities. Ease of booking and completing the process

Cons: Just minor on the outside, would be best to have plants and keep outside well maintained so it's alive and happy when you first look at it.

Pros: The property was bigger than expected. The owner was very responsive. The toilets were very clean and easy to use. Definitely coming back.

Pros: The property is situated in a nice and clean community. It felt safe to walk around at night. There were food stalls, cafeterias, and stores mearby. It was 10-20minutes away from Adventist University of the Philippines. The house is complete and perfect for family stay. It was also child-friendly. The owner was very much accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Pros: 청소가 잘 되어있고 구비된 시설물도 부족하지 않았어요 호스트 연락도 빠르고 다른 곳에서 잃어버린 물건을 숙소까지 퀵배달로 받을 수 있게 도와주었어요 근처에 슈퍼,음식점,네일,마사지,이발소등 가까운 거리에있고 수영장,게이트도 가까워서 아주 편했어요

Cons: 집입구 현관을 조금더 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있으면 좋겠어요 다른집처럼 울타리가 있다면 조금 더 안전할것 같아요

Good experience begins upon entry of the Red Door

Pros: From the very beginning, the host was very responsive on my queries and updates. The rooms were huge and the beds were firm and the beddings are fresh. The toiletries are complete, it even has bathing needs. The kitchen had most of the basic needs. There are air-conditioning in every room. The house looks small from the outside it is surprisingly spacious in the inside!

Cons: Upon arrival, I thought we had a short-changed deal. The outside part of the house was a bit filthy. We were welcomed by trash by the tree, dried leaves and overgrown dried grass. Also the aircon drippings by the red door could be easily addressed. Maybe putting some plants could beautify the frontage and absorb aircon drippings. It would be better to be greeted with a more welcoming frontage.
