Really loved our stay at BGC!

Pros: The staff was very accommodating as I had requested to check in earlier than the indicated time because my daughter wasn’t feeling very well. Upon our arrival, we found the apartment clean and with the air conditioning on, which I really appreciated given the hot, humid weather. They also provided the essentials (towels, toothbrush and toothpaste kit, and bottled water). The area where the apartment is located is very nice as it is in a central location, just two minutes from Uptown Mall, with many restaurants nearby, and only 10-15 minutes from BGC High Street. I definitely recommend it!

Cons: The only thing we were disappointed with was that we were not allowed to access the pool because it was a holiday, since it was October 31. They told us that on holidays, only the property owners can use the pool, not the guests. I don't think that's very fair to the guests who stay during holiday periods. Unfortunately, my daughter was very upset about it. I hope this can be resolved with the property so that guests can have access to the pool even on holidays.

Prime location with a cosy stay

Pros: Impeccably clean stocked with all amenities we needed for our stay. Location was right next to uptown mall and near excellent cafes and restaurants.

Pros: Condo was clean, comfortable and as per photos. Excellent location with a nice view of the Uptown Mall👍

Cons: The receptions at the One Uptown Residence. Not very helpful.

Pros: Just amazing. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful, there is also a balcony. The room was spacious and clean. Tv with netflix or youtube and granophone.

Cons: The shower could be warmer but that is just a small detail. :)

Perfect uptown stay at a good price

Pros: It was in the perfect location for walking to the big international schools, shopping and food. It was simple and easy and had everything you need.

Pros: Nous avons adoré notre court séjour d'une nuit dans ce magnifique appartement. De délicates attentions à notre arrivée, avec musique d'ambiance, grande propreté et agencement cosy. Tres bien situé à BGC. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !
