Excellent property , excellent location .

Pros: Best location to be in BGC MANILA . Everything you need is walking distance . 24/7 Starbucks & major restaurants just across the street . Uptown mall is 2 -3 mins walking distance. Host has covered all the major things you need to stay at this centrally located high end property. This is best for work from home or if have business meetings here . I love this property and the location . Best experience and my warm regards to the host .

Cons: Suggestion : Few more basic consumables like liquid detergent and a hand tissue with hanging steam iron will make more value at minor cost for the guest . But no complaints at all as everything was superbly managed by the host .

Great location and cozy room!

Pros: 1. Great location. Right next to a mall and walking distance to High Street. 2. TV was playing relaxing music when I entered the room which was a great touch. 3. AC was already turned on. 4. Very responsive host with clear instructions on check-in process, including online registration for the apartment building.

Cons: 1. Check in is only at 3pm which is later than most places. However this is clearly stated. 2. No services for luggage storage.

Pros: Clean, quiet and spacious unit. Comfy bed w/ soft pillows. Nice view. Stable wifi. Complete toiletries and kitchenware.

Cons: Hot shower not working. No indoor slippers.

Peaceful and Convenient Stay in BGC

Pros: The unit was clean and cool upon arrival, compensating for the non-flexible check-in time. I appreciated its neutral aesthetic, which made it feel cozy and like home. It's notably spacious compared to typical studio/1-bedroom units in the metro. Strategically located near Landers, Mitsukoshi, and Uptown, yet surprisingly peaceful for a good night's sleep—with occasional street and establishment sounds. The unit offers a view of the Uptown Mall fountain and the pool area, providing a pleasant sight from the bed. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Cons: I stayed in the unit for 3D2N to catch up on sleep. There were two minor inconveniences, which were more about personal preferences than issues with the property itself: the check-in time at 3 PM, an hour later than most hotels/condos, and the lack of blackout curtains, which allowed some light to seep in. The check-in time was clearly stated in the property listing, so I was aware of it before booking and chose to proceed regardless.😅

The place and location is nice good and not bad at all

Pros: Good easy access to places like restaurant and other staff all walking distance .

Cons: The pillows are too soft and saggy. In the bathroom the toilet seat is not properly secured keeps on dislodging.no floor mat at in the toilet. Mirror light in the bathroom is dim need some brightness or brighter light. In the front of building toward the receiving sick/disable access ramp not properly fitted specially the steps toward the door. The other bad outside management hands are the city public transportation lots of waiting

Pros: Absolutely pristine building, lobby immaculate, door man 24/7 never opened the door myself, resident staff were better than most 4 star hotels (even though not required), prime spot in BGC
