Pros: It was very comfortable and clean, great location, close to restaurants and amenities

Cons: Only downside was the nose of traffic

love the location

Pros: location was everything. i like that it was a walking distance to a restaurant, cafe, shop or pharmacy. every aspect of the apartment was functional so love that.

Cons: i find the chairs or whatever fabric there was to be collecting dust. I was immediately experiencing stuffy nose and sneezing whenever i was in the apartment. i think the sofa and the headboard needed a deep clean. also, the elevators were really hot i don’t know if it was an AC problem or a design problem although i know the apartment itself had nothing to do with it

Pros: Everything is clean, and great location in the center of BGC walking distance to malls, SLMC, etc.

Cons: The elevator aircon is not so good

Best location and staff’s correspondce was excellent.

Pros: We stayed here for just one day, and I think it’s great value for a short stay. I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance, which saved me both time and money. Check-in was smooth, you just have to go to the other door. I had read reviews saying it could be a hassle, but it wasn’t. They simply copied our passports and let us in. They even provided an extra mattress for the three of us (though we didn’t need it, as the bed was big enough). The staff were also very quick to respond, which made my stay feel safe and comfortable.

I will recommend this place to anyone that wants to be in the middle of everything in BGC

Pros: Value for money. It’s the best location, close distance to shopping, malls, clubs, restaurants.

Cons: Checking is a big hassle, but thank God for great communication from booking.com

Good place to stay for a short visit

Pros: The flat had an excellent location. It was close to a mall that had everything you need. The place was clean, and good size. Check-in and check-out were easy. The host was coordinating regularly. My guest was happy.
