Alpha Grandview Malate Condo 2005

Pros: This accommodation was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: Difficult to find a parking space.

I will stay or rexommend again very good for family gatbweing esp if you are attending an events, Highly recommended😘😘

Great spot for a couple of nights in Manila

Pros: Great location. Comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Very clean.

Cons: Expensive per hour rate for early and late check in/out. Building is a bit old and tired and needs some love. Although all security guards super friendly and helpful

Pros: It was good to have a proper two bedroom apartment.

Cons: It is a little tired & some maintenance is required.

Worth the cost

Pros: The host is very accomodating and fufiled all our needs. We had 10 people, although it was quite a tight fit, it was managable for a few nights.

Cons: The air conditioning does not work in the lounge which made the room quite humid. The room above also has loud walking noise in the morning which was unpleasant. There was no blankets, only sheets as blankets.

Fantastic

Pros: A super comfortable apartment. Beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything you could ever need to spend a few days in Malate with your whole family. It even come with a bath tub and hot water from every tap.

Cons: We liked it all.

Cozy apartment

Pros: The unit itself is very comfortable and to our standards. It is fully furnished, and the master bedroom is fabulous with the city skyline view and master bathroom. The caretaker (Dhang) is super friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment next time I visit Manila.

Cons: The building itself is quite old and with an obscure smell. However, the apartment is a gem and absolutely fine.

Worth the money and we felt safe.

Pros: The place was convenient, clean and the kids just loved the ambiance.

Cons: Just the city noise at night; and also, they could have provided us a direct answer if we could extend our stay or not as we wanted to stay longer ; but yes, the property was lovely- would recommend this property to others.

Great flat with 2 rooms

Pros: Really nice, clean and well equipped apartment with nice furnitures and comfortable beds perfect for 4 people. 1. Master-bedroom with excellent doublebed, great views over Manila and private bathroom with bathtub and really the best shower ever. 2. Bedroom also quite big with 2 beds next to each other. No views and no private bathroom. Our 5th person was sleeping on matresses on the floor in the living-room. A separate and nice bathroom with shower. Nice kitchen, fridge. Very nice situated in first row to Manila Bay. Nice area. Beautiful lobby.

Cons: We had not really noticed that there only were beds for 4, but that was our own fault. It worked out okay with our son sleeping on the floor on several matresses.

Séjour agréable et sans souci
