Has everything you need for a great stay in Manila.

Pros: Great location, easy to get to the airport. Fully equipped apartment with everything you need. Nearby shops and easy to order food to the building. Fast wifi and Netflix on the TV. Clean and tidy, we loved staying here.

Fully equipped apartment perfect for a few days stay. We had a brilliant stay

Pros: A Great little apartment complete with everything you need. Ideal for a few days stay, especially if traveling with family. Very safe and secure compound in a safe area. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away or can easily get food delivered to the building. Great view from the 10th floor.

Cons: Best to use the grab taxi app here. they can easily find the right place.

Excellent condo unit.

Pros: The location is just a stone's away from Resorts World where I had a conference. There is easy access at the back of Resorts World. This particular unit is so clean and homey. I love it.

Cons: Parking is not included. But the guard offered a pay parking near the building.

Cons: Leider hat man mir ein Ersatz Zimmer anbieten müssen aus reparaturtechnischen Gründen, - da ich meinen Aufenthalt um 3 Tage erweiterte und dieses Appartement behalten wollte , wusste ich nicht wie ich das über booking.com machen kann - mir fehlt ein direkter Draht zum Service Booking.com.

Pros: Das Appartment bittet ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit allem was man braucht um zu kochen. Es befindet sich auf der 10 Etage. Wohn und Schlafzimmer haben aircon. Das appartment war sauber der Eigentümer sehr nett. Fur Philippinische Verhältnisse ein Luxus appartment. Rs sauberer Pool. Luxus Mall um die Ecke. Alles ist sehr stark bewacht auch die Umgebung. Warmes Wasser in Küche und Bad. Wasser spender

Cons: Sowohl Küche als auch die Einrichtung sowie die Dusche bräuchten dringend mal ein Handwerker. Man merkt das es einen Sanierungs Stau gibt und da sollte der Eigentümer nachbessern den am Ende wird es teurer als wenn man diese Dinge sofort reparieren lässt. Das Sofa sollte ganz dringend überarbeitet werden

Pros: Very close to Newport City Mall. Quiet residential area and very safe. Mark who was our contact was very helpful and friendly and could not be faulted.
