Nice stay in quiet atmosphere.

Pros: Excellent location to stay and to reach out to all important places of Metro Manila in a nice and quiet part of the city. Very helpful and friendly staff, all the family were very satisfied.

Cons: No complaints.

Pros: The place is decent, clean and quiet. I am not expecting that a place like this exist in San Juan City. The price is very reasonable and Ma'am is very accommodating, patient and friendly.

Pros: accessible and very easy to find on maps. owner is very accommodating and allowed us to extend for a fee. they even had long foldable tables and bench we were able to use inside our room. :) thank you!

Cons: shower drain in our room was clogged; rooms are good and neat otherwise. :)
