Anicia Guesthouse Rooms

Good experience

Pros: The Guesthouse provides AC, towels, drinkable water. Mic is such a great person, we really appreciated her kindness. Moreover, there was some issue with our reservation that was handled properly with the owner(s) on Booking, they were reliable in reimbursing us so you can trust them. Also, the neighbourhood is full of life and people willing to help when you are in need. In addition, you are only 20min away from the airport by car.

Cons: The flat is a bit far away from the city center/historical landmarks if you are not willing to launch long distances (+/-30-45min in transportation). There are a few bugs but it is normal in the Philippines, the owner/guardian cannot prevent the bugs from trespassing though.

Perfect stopover stay

Pros: Great stopover for the airport. Basic but everything you need. Dark for sleeping, sound proof, safe. Fridge in the room and kitchen for communal use downstairs. A shower in a separate cubicle! We arrived early and they kept our bags downstairs then moved our bags into our room before we checked in. Provided toothbrushes and toothpaste.

Cute and comfy stay

Pros: Mikmik on reception was so kind and helpful. I was able to leave my bags after checkout to go have breakfast and Lounge around the area for a bit. Comfy bed with a fridge and storage space in the room. Good security in the area too.

Pros: The property was massive and was able to accommodate big groups like ourselves. The rooms are pretty big and all of the AC worked well.

Cons: Downstairs living room could get pretty hot because there’s no AC but it was tolerable as there is a fan.

Pros: Liked the cleanliness of the room, and the provided parking. I felt that my car is safe due to the parking area with gate.

Cons: Location due to a bit congested since it was near also to elementary school.

Bon rapport qualité prix, logement sécurisé par un gardien le soir

Pros: Logement correspondant aux photos. Chambre petite mais fonctionnel. La personne qui m'a accueilli à 23h était adorable et bienveillante. Merci à lui.

Cons: Il n'y a pas de TV dans la chambre, sur les photos de présentation il y en avait une. Il y a bien une salle de bain mais elle est en dehors de la chambre, surprenant au vue des photos. L'espace cuisine est au RDC et collectif. Ce n'était pas précisé je crois.
