Pros: I like the location of the property it's very near to enchanted kingdom and I think the accessibility of the building you just have to enter the lock code and your in. And I like the tv it's very big and clear I don't know if it is in 4k view.

Cons: My honest opinion about it is I think the linens. they should change the linens, beddings and the pillow cases and to clean thoroughly the comfort room because i'm very particular with comfort rooms.
