Fantastic location and convenient

Pros: Exceptional customer service. The owner and staff were very accommodating. Fantastic location and view with several malls 1-4 minutes within walking distance. Transport accessibility was great. Booked twice for 3 and 4 days. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Hope to be back! NB: Toaster and Ironing equipment would be very helpful for several days stay.

Cons: Nothing not to like really. Noticed couple of utensils needs replenishment but not a big deal.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Location - being opposite the SM Megamall makes it convenient to everything: shopping, dining, gadgets, services and entertainment. The apartment is tidy, and the interior/decor is contemporary.

Enjoyed Stay and Would Stay Again over other options

Pros: Lots of Room, location to Malls and Restaurants, and clean. The view was incredible. Very comfortable for Working Trip; which is what this was.

Cons: The Front Door Lock and Key are Crazy Complicated. United could use 1-2 surge protectors to plug in devices and laptops, especially for your business clients. We made do without, but it would have been nice to have a surge protector under the small table so more than one computer could be plugged in at a time.
