Host are very accommodating and understanding staff’s are friendly.

Pros: Services of staff is really nice smooth process of checking in as this was last minute booking due to cancellation of flight, host are very accommodating and understanding. Property very convenient clean. Stayed here many times always happy of the room we received.

Convenient, accessible, kitchen and toilet amenities very good. Ideal for short stays.

Pros: Location very accessible, walking distance to facilities, toilet amenities good. Caretaker met us and helped us carry the things to the unit.

Cons: The caretaker didn't reply any more before we left, so we just dropped the key into the directed box as instructed. The painted wall opposite the units looked less of a condotel - no live plants, all pavements. Outside air (Newport air) was stinky and smelly.

Pros: Overall rating, excellent. Owner was so accommodating and flexible for any changed of time due to late arrival. Easy to communicate and giving detailed answers on our inquiry. Definitely, we will be coming back again.

Pros: This is a well-maintained place with a decent size room. Everything you need is here and it’s very close to Naia Terminal 3. Will be looking forward to our next stay when we get back to Philippines. Awesome experience for an overnight stay.

Cons: I like everything apart from the bed foam which may be improved by putting additional foam to make it more comfortable. Otherwise it’s almost perfect for the whole stay.

Pros: The property was very clean and tidy. Also within walking distance to T3. The host is very responsive.

Cons: It was hard to close the bathroom door and the toilet seat was a bit off. It was also quite difficult to lock/unlock the main door.

Nice and convenient accommodation by Manila airport

Pros: The condominium is excellent and has swimming pool access -however only for 2 guests even of accommodation is for 4 people.

Cons: The host did not make clear with lobby should we head to and that once identified, a lady will come to show us up.

Pros: Proximity to airport and convenient stores and fastfood restaurants. Safety issues is standard. but still plenty of room for improvements especially during the night and early morning in the surrounding premises. Security camera and visible security personnel in the darker corner and areas would be of help or provide more lightings.

Cons: Booking without detailed Information such as which cluster and room or unit it is are not being provided on some booking done in the website by the provider. When customer arrived at the location he to find out and had to go around to try to contact the owner of the unit or condominium to locate the place. Concierge being resorted to for assistance in this regard without cluster and room/unit information is helpless. Contact number in the booking information is not so responsive.
