Good value for money close to the Mall of Asia.

Pros: The location of the property is excellent as it is truly walking distance to the Mall of Asia. The security guards at the lobby were good. The lady who was there to give us the keys and show us the apartment (Rose) got to the reception area at exactly two PM --- check in time. She was also accommodating and resourceful enough to quickly switch me to another room when the WiFi in the first room did not work and I had a work call at 3 PM. So, I was really appreciative of that.

Cons: The place was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, we had hourly sightings of 1.5 cm long cockroaches. We saw them in the bathroom, kitchen area, and living room. I kind of just mentally ignored them. But other visitors might have had a freak attack. Best to use some cleaning supplies to control these cockroaches. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, no toiletries. At least a hand soap would have been nice. And for 2 people for 2 nights, one roll of toilet paper was not sufficient. We had to buy some more from the store in the ground level. Another thing, we were asked to provide a 2,000 PHP deposit which I did not have because it was not mentioned in the Booking.Com contract.
