Great apartment located close to airport and amenities

Pros: Great little apartment close to the airport and also close to big shopping malls so if you arrive into Manila for the first time you can easily access all your travel needs like money exchange. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic. I was only going to stay one night but ended up staying three. Great location. (always felt safe). Close to a few flash malls and some very nice cafes very close also. My room was big so it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the space. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. Great views of the Makati skyline also. All the staff were absolutely great, in particular the manager and a particular security guy (didn't catch his name) who is just a great guy. Very friendly and nothing was a problem . Highly recommended

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Maybe a little bit more light in the shower but it wasn't too bad.

Pros: Very accommodating staff and property owner! Value for money for such a spacious and cozy place to rent in Makati. Arrived at 2:45pm and was allowed checked out past half past 1pm next day. And not all properties will have the AC on before their guests arrives. It was indeed an excellent stay!

A very comfortable and secure place to stay.

Pros: I have stayed at the Mosaic many times and often for quite long stays. i really like the staff there and the security and location are excellent! The small kitchen is very convenient and it has most of the essentials. It’s also right across the street from a very good Sunday Market. The Gym is good and well equipped. The Wi Fi worked very well and so did the TV. The coffee shop that’s part of the property is excellent for both coffee and food.

Cons: Not much i didn’t like. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. I really would have appreciated a toaster and a pair of kitchen scissors though.

Pros: The room did not have funky smell, very clean and maid service available upon request. The lobby staff were very helpful. I will book again in the future and I'm well pleased.
